these are perfect. budget friendly, like they are actually under $1.00! amazing, when in comparison to other brands. and, they work. they have helped eliminate any headaches, eye strain pain, and they help reduce migraines substantially. not really a con, but they are bulky, it's best to make sure to swallow with a good amount of water.
