Good for the price and has wide variety of uses. Nothing wrong with the taste. We made cookies with this and turned out great 😶🌫️

very versatile and great for cooking or baking. if used uncooked I had to leave it out so it is at room temperature so I can spread it in my bread. overall it is good and reasonably priced
