This Woolworths ready to cook vegetable mix is great. So handy and convenient for meal planning and prepping! The bag comes with a variety of vegetables including carrot, broccoli and cauliflower prepped ready to go already peeled and washed. Their is plenty in the bags and at a good price so it will go far amongst many meals. Pictured is mine boiled up and added with potato. It boils well, taking only around 10 minutes to become soft. You can also add into stir fry’s for example or vegetable fritters for example also. The options are endless. 5 stars for this bag!

The Woolies brand veggie mix is such a convenient staple to keep in the freezer. I always grab a bag because it saves so much time on busy nights when I just need something quick to add to dinner. The mix has a nice balance of veggies – fresh-tasting, good colour, and they hold up well once cooked (not soggy like some other brands I’ve tried). I find it really handy to toss into stir-fries, fried rice, or even just steam on the side of meat and mash. It’s also great for bulking up meals for my family without much effort. For the price, the quality is excellent, and it honestly makes getting more veggies into our meals so much easier. I think they taste a bit better then the frozen ones you purchase. They cook well in the oven or air fryer.
