I recently tried Hillview Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, and here’s what I think. If you’re after convenience, this cheese really delivers. The flavor is mild, which can be both good and bad. If you’re looking for bold flavor, it might fall short; but for dishes where you don’t want the cheese to overpower, it’s perfect. Overall, Hillview is a convenient, affordable option that does the job well, especially for quick weeknight meals. Just keep in mind that if you’re after a super rich, authentic mozzarella experience, a fresh block might be a better bet.
