Thomas dux camberet cheese is a mild, creamy cheese with a smooth texture in the middle. I leave it first out of the fridge for 10 minutes room texture before I eat it. I cut them in triangles and serve them with crackers and antipasto. Great for parties or just as a snack with wine or a coffee watching TV. It's also australian made. I times crumb it and deep fry it quickly, once I cut into it, the cheese ouzes out, creamy, silky. It's also made in Australia.
