Not the prettiest looking carrots but taste exactly the same. Great way to cut down on food waste and also better value. I often pick these for soups, stir frys or even juicing.

A fantastic way to get cheaper carrots. They're said to be "odd", and usually this comes in the form of split, double, or slightly curved carrots. They taste completely the same as any other carrot, and once they've been chopped or used in cooking, you will not notice a difference. There might be a very small increase in difficulty to cut and prepare, especially for curved carrots, but this is so minor that it shouldn't be a problem. I'd recommend choosing them over other carrots since it also saves on food waste.
