This is such a good quality product. As the label says it is high in energy & low in saturated fats. Cooks perfectly with spaghetti bolognese, carbonara or any pasta based dish. Also good as a snack and stir through passata sauce.

The size of this kind of spaghetti is perfect for stir-fry, a fusion cuisine in Asia. I particularly like the stiffness of it and it looks so good after stir-frying with cabbage and pork. Putting some capsicum may make it even smells better.
