The Woolworths Greek style yogurt has different sizes , 500g, 1kg and 2kg. The 500g version is just right for a family of 2 for 4-5 servings. It is suitable to make drinks, cooking and as a snack or light meal. The yogurt is not too sweet but contains about 8 g of fat in 100g. Would be great if they release a low fat version.

I’ve been buying the Woolworths Greek Style Yoghurt for a while now and it’s honestly one of my go-to staples. It’s super creamy and has just the right amount of tang — not too sour, not too bland. I usually have it with some berries and a drizzle of honey for breakfast, or mix it into sauces and dips. It’s great quality for the price, and I actually prefer it over some of the more expensive brands. Definitely a fridge essential for me!

Greek yoghurt. Good source of protein and calcium. Little bit on sour side. Great for making curries and buttermilk.
