always loved the Woolworths chai latte sachets, so was disappointed when they were constantly out of stock. coming back into the colder months, I was happy to see they had stock on the shelves. the packs were a little different to the old ones, even the sachet is a different size, but this didn't concern me as I figured it'd still be the same product. I was very wrong! I used to love the smooth creamy texture & they tasted great. now they are gritty, not creamy at all, & I'm not sure they even taste the same (I can't get past the gritty texture). I used to drink heaps of these, it's now taken 2 weeks to use 1 box & I have another in the cupboard I'm contemplating returning. very disappointed customer.
