This is my go-to for weekday lunches. The mix of baby spinach, mizuna, and chard is much more interesting than plain lettuce. I found that if you put a piece of paper towel in the container after opening, it stays crisp for the full 4–5 days. It’s well-washed and I’ve rarely found any wilted stems at the bottom. Great value for the size
