I try to buy Australian grown food, so unfortunately this is not. We need this in australia produce. I use this when I need to whip up a quick meal. It has a good lot of mixed vegetable, chopped and can be steamed in minutes. I love it’s in the freezer ready to use.

This Woolworths frozen vegetables are a great addition to any dinner. They are great quality and good value. I like to use the mix in fried rice or with steak or in a risotto or even a vegetable soup.

rich of different varieties of vegetables, affordable, easy to cook, can be cooked with rice as fried rice and vegetables, can be cooked separately as well or with minced meat, also tastes great with raw prawns.
