extreme amounts of fat came out of this. disappointing for a product that's meant to be superior, healthier, organic and is priced as high as it is. wouldn't buy Again

only got it as a substitute for the heart smart. higher fat content so I’m not sure it’s a good choice for something like tacos that needs a lean mince. the paper tray is a nice idea. wish all the meat products came like this.
