Review of Macro Free Range Pork Scotch Fillet Steak

Nothing wrong with the product itself, but the cooking time on the packaging is so over the top long. It says 5 minutes each side and then rest for 5 (to make sure the pork was cooked through) but I did it 4/4/4 and I would even consider that overcooked. Would definitely have been cooked through before that so it ended up a bit tough.
