The extra-large size makes them perfect for everything from scrambled eggs and omelettes to baking and weekend brunches. I like that they’re cage free. It feels better knowing they came from hens with more space. They cook up nicely with rich yolks and firm whites, and I usually find they taste fresher than some of the cheaper options.
