I had these the other night and they were a really solid, comforting option. The texture was soft but still held together well, so they didn’t fall apart in the sauce. The flavour was quite savoury, with a nice balance of seasoning, though I felt they could use a touch more herbs or spice to really lift them. They absorbed the sauce nicely, which made them taste even better the next day.
