I bought this packet of prepared carrot and broccoli to have with a roast chicken and creamy mashed potatoes, all from Woolworths. They made for a quick and delicious dinner when I got home from shopping. Although they are a bit expensive to buy regularly, on this occasion the convenience was worth it.

We buy these handy packs as a treat for our cockatiels. They are obviously designed for humans but I find the veg isn’t that fresh from this type of packet unless being used immediately
