We often buy the bulk schnitzels from Woolies. They are such an affordable and great option for dinner, to have already in the fridge/freezer. Used for wraps, or just on their own.

Such a quick and easy meal, the instructions say to cook In the air fryer for 12 minutes but I don’t think it is long enough so I cook mine for 20 minutes and they are perfect!
