Fresh and good quality garlic. The bulbs were firm and had a strong flavor, perfect for cooking. Easy to peel and lasted well in storage. Pros: Fresh, good size cloves, long shelf life. Cons: Slightly smaller bulbs than expected.

I also like thatt he packaging of this produxt is very minimalistic and so creates no excess waste, better for the environment. This garlic goes well I pasta dishes, curries, stews, and stirfrys.
