The garlic seems to be a great quality. I’m very mindful of buying Australian produced garlic. I use it in so many dishes and it’s firm. There’s no mould and it has no extra growth on it which is something you always should look out for. I use it in a multitude of ways and this lot seems to be fresh with a firm texture.
