this garlic was seemed fresh and was very easy to peel. the taste was strong and the aroma made me extra hungry when it was cooking. versatile as you can eat it cooked or raw. the only problem it is a lot more expensive compared to the ones grown in china but I prefer these as they are Australian grown.
