Great quality Australian garlic, fresh, firm, and full of flavour! The cloves peel easily and have that perfect strong aroma that makes cooking so much better. Excellent for stir-fries, marinades, or roasting whole. Always reliable and long-lasting in the pantry.

not good, the garlic are very hard and the garlic smell is weird. it is still usable for cooking, but not really add the garlic flavour in the dish
