I was really impressed with this garlic. The cloves are fresh, firm, and super aromatic. It adds such a rich flavor to my cooking, especially in stir-fries and pasta. It also lasts a long time without sprouting, which I love. Definitely worth buying if you want something flavorful and good quality!

I made a delicious mushroom soup and added some garlic and onions into a paste of creme fraiche. I also added some unsalted butter. It wasn't until later on that evening that I started to understand how potent the garlic was. So fresh and full of flavor. Will buy again.
