I really like this sourdough. It was fresh, with a nice touch if seeds and grains to give it some good consistency. The only issue I have is that it was cut too thick for me, I prefer sandwich cut not toast

This Mini loaf of Woolworths Sourdough is a delicious and healthy bread. I like that this bread is made in Australia, using largely Australian ingredients, and that it is prepared over a 35 hour period. It uses Sourdough, which is better for your gut microbiome, and multiple seeds and grains including: linseeds, Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and Canola seeds. So it is a healthier bread option, with a delicious crunchy and varied texture and flavour. Love this bread. 5 stars!
