So thick and creamy. This Danish Fetta goes really well in its natural form in. salads or cooked in omelettes and quiches. Fresh from the Deli and stores well in a container in the fridge filled with a little salt and water. This keeps it moist and fresh for longer. Just take out and rinse off brine liquid and use as required.

I love Danish Feta it’s not too salty and not too dry and runny either. It’s perfect to have with scrambled eggs for breakfast in salads for lunch and to use inside pastries.

It's quite expensive but luckily it was on special when I bought it. A nice mild creamy cheese which is good in salads..but very soft and breaks up easily.
