I love that the chicken is cut horizontally in thin slices. As name suggests it is great for baking schnitzel or cook as is for a thinner piece of breast chicken. Hardly any fat or sinew so it is extremely versatile and you can use and eat in so many different ways. Would only be better if it was free range or organic chicken but for everyday good value, this is a great choice.
