Great for slow cooking and stews Picked up this beef chuck steak from Woolies specifically for a beef stew and it didn’t disappoint. The cut has a good amount of marbling, which breaks down beautifully when slow-cooked. After a few hours simmering, the meat was tender, juicy, and full of flavour, not dry or stringy at all. It held its shape well while still being melt-in-your-mouth soft. Really good value for money and perfect if you’re making stews, casseroles, or curries. Definitely a reliable choice for comfort food.

Woolworths beef chuck steak medium is full of beef nice tasty. The packing I got a cooking advice is for slow cook 3 hours. But I use a pan to fried it also looks great and inside is in pink Colour.

i think it is very useful for cooking. The beef flavour is strong. I usually use it for stir fry or hotpot. Thr price is quite reasonable too.
