this ham off the bone is delicious when freshly cut, not too salty and better shaved or thinly sliced. I use it in sandwiches or pizza lasts about 3 days

fresh always and not too salty has a great ham flavour not too thick and goes great on a roll with lettuce and cheese. add mustard for good kick.

I like Woolworths Dorsogna Aust Ham Off Bone Shaved for its amazing taste and smell. This Dorsogna ham is great. I've often thought my own special gift is smell over taste, and this particular ham provides mouth-watering aroma with no chemical smell. Amazing for a fresh product. It follows up with old-fashioned ham flavour.
