The prawns are really fresh. And compared to other markets the price is really reasonable. I got it for almost $17 a kilo which is a bargain for prawns.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good these green banana prawns (large, thawed) turned out. Even though they come thawed, the texture remains firm and juicy after cooking — not rubbery at all. They have a mild, sweet flavor that works beautifully in stir-fries, curries, or grilled dishes.
