Lovely and fresh, each piece was similar in size and width making it easier for cooking Absolutely Delicious !!! When I brought this meat I was so happy it`s so fresh. I know is quite pricy at that time, but it`s so fresh and good cut. After I get back home and I just immediately clean it again and dry it with paper and marinate it with some sweet chilli sauce and put some lemon on the top and put it into the fridge for at least 30mins. I bet you will love this way to prepare the salmon fish. Absolutely delicious!!! I highly recommend it!!!

Place onto a hot bbq skin down for 10 minutes both sides and then serve with tartar sauce and white rice. Tastes delicious and is high in omega 3
