Woolworths have a good range of seafood products but Salmon is the one product I buy the most as it is fresh, tasty and well presented, as shown here with lots of pieces on offer to select from based on your preference of tail or middle pieces. Salon is healthy for you, cooks up quickly and tastes great on its own or with seasoning and sauce of choice. 5 stars from me!

I find the portions to be quite big which for me is a good thing. A great source of healthy omega 3 fats, and even better taste with the skin on. I like to bake these with a bit of garlic butter and have with a salad.

A firm texture for supermarket salmon. The skin is beautiful when cooked up. It was a nice flavour, but not as flavorful as fresh fish from the fish monger.
