This cake is super sweet! We shared it between 7 people and got enough of a sugar hit to keep the second one (different variety) for the next day! The icing between layers is very sweet. I do not recommend this cake if you're trying to cut down your sugar intake and curb your sweet tooth. I can't say much about the flavour as the sweetness was so overpowering. The texture was good.
