The are so sof, tasty AND gluten free. The texture’s a bit fluffier than a regular bagel, but once toasted they crisp up nicely on the outside and stay soft enough inside. The seeds add a bit of crunch and flavour, which helps a lot. Not exactly the same as a classic bagel, but a solid option if you’re avoiding gluten and still want something satisfying.
