I love walnuts and devour them whenever they come into the house. It’s nice to see the 5 star health rating on them too. How often do you see that kind of rating on something that is actually nice??? I was told not to eat these ones immediately as they were for a salad. It was a bit of a variation on the usual Waldorf Salad. The salad was great with these in it. I’m now told that they will also find their way into some baking but I think there is enough left for me to eat a few now 😃
