These mushrooms are great because they’re already pre-chopped and ready to go. They can be chucked at pizza and a salad chuck into beef stroganoff. I really like how they stay fresh and are easy to use nice and handy vegetable to have in the fridge and a great size. Personally, I use them to do a veggie cook up seen in the photo
