Review of Woolworths High Protein Plain Yoghurt

I’ve been buying this high-protein yogurt from Woolworths for a while now, and I’m really impressed. It has a smooth and creamy texture, not too sweet, and it’s perfect as a post-gym snack or a quick breakfast. The high protein content (around 15–17g per serve) helps keep me full for longer, and it fits well into my high-protein, low-fat diet.
