Nice evaporated milk from Woolies. It is a very creamy and milky evaporated milk that is perfect for both cooking or desserts. It is a more refreshing alternative of thickened cream for pastas. Great for making cold drinks like bubble tea too. Highly recommended it.

Woolies evaporated milk really worth its value. It's creamy and well concentrated. It's not watery. It makes coffee smoother than adding normal full cream milk. Can also add to curry to increase the creamy level.

I use this instead of cream for Carbonara sauce. It works beautifully & gives a nice rich flavour. If you haven't tried it, you should!!
