My ordinary items in the fridge all the time as Asian, no cooking can be without garlic. And minced garlic saves my effort to chop my own without makes my finger stink for a week even used soap to wash it. The only issue is that it tastes sour probably from the preservatives and can be bit funny if you want sharp and genuine garlic flavour in your stir fry.
