Typically in rolled lamb there is a lot of fat in the middle but this was great! Hardly any fat and lots of meat in the middle. I was very pleased! Cooked up so nicely and was a big hit! Having it in twine made it easy to cook and kept the meat soft and juicy.

Beautiful lamb roast, fair price point for lamb. Plenty enough for four people with the trimmings and still had left overs for sandwiches the next day.
