4 slices in the packet so equates to 90gram per slice. not a thick layer of icing which is good so the sugar doesn't override the cinnamon flavour. the actual cake is really quite moist. only dropped a couple of crumbs whist eating so not a dry and crumbly cake. the middle 2 slices have more walnuts compared to the outside 2
