LA Gina Italian tomato paste passatta is versatile for many chicken, meat or make an Italian sauce. It's made in Italy. It's made from 100 %Italian tomatoes, not much sugar or salt is added. But at some dishes if I make a vegetarian red sauce I add little sugar for slight sweetness to the sauce.
