This is a lifesaver when we are short on time! Having a pack of this in the freezer means that we always have chopped onions for quick meal preparation without the time needed for cutting and washing. Granted, it is more expensive than cooking onions from scratch, but the time and energy saved is well worth it. In addition, we find this brand of frozen onions to "sweat" less in the pan compared to other brands which might turn out watery. Really happy with this product.
