Woolworths Kale & Baby Spinach offers a convenient blend of two popular leafy greens. This vibrant mix combines the mild, tender leaves of baby spinach with the slightly earthy notes of kale, perfect for adding freshness and flavour to your meals. Enjoy this versatile combination in a variety of dishes. How to Pick: Choose bunches with crisp, vibrant green leaves that show no signs of wilting or yellowing. Avoid any leaves with visible blemishes or soft spots. How to Store: Store your kale and baby spinach mix in the crisper drawer of your refrigerator. For best results, keep the leaves dry and consume within a few days of purchase.

it's a big value bag, actually I can't eat that much by myself, so I have to chuck it out, what a shame.

Great for salads and sandwiches. Can also add to green smoothies. Healthy and tasty. Only lasts a few days in the plastic though.

Always a healthy option! I readily add this to my high protein wrap for some greens and crunch. It also has a bit of protein on its own so that's a plus!

The ultimate healthy base. This is your go-to bag for throwing together a quick salad, wilting into a pasta, or blending into a green smoothie without any fuss. The Good: · Major convenience: Having both kale and spinach together in one bag is a huge time-saver. No washing, no chopping, just open and go. · Health in a bag: You're basically getting a powerhouse of vitamins and greens. It makes eating healthy feel easy. · Super versatile: Works just as well raw in a salad as it does cooked in soups, stir-fries, or omelettes. The spinach wilts down fast and the kale adds a nice bit of texture. The Not-So-Good: · Watch the expiry date: Like any bagged greens, you gotta use it up pretty quick. Check the date to make sure you have time, because nothing is sadder than slimy kale. · Kale can be tough: If you're eating it raw in a salad, the kale pieces can be a bit hardy and chewy compared to the soft spinach. Massaging it with a little dressing first helps a ton!

Convenient and healthy Value for money:Convenient as prewashed but pricier than buying greens separately. Taste: Crisp Australian grown kale and mild spinach—earthy yet smooth. Cooking: Enjoy raw or lightly cooked in various dishes. Great for quick, healthy meals with minimal prep. Salad - Pairs well with avocado, feta, and lemon dressing. Chicken Burgers- Adds freshness and texture to grilled chicken burgers. Smoothies - Add some to make your smoothies healthier. Recommendation: I recommend this product and I'll buy it again in the future.
