Light in weight yet heavy in taste. The pepperiness of fresh rocket always elevates a salad and makes it taste a lot more expensive and luxurious than it really is.

We live rocket in our salads. We also purchase this for our rabbit who has it daily for his greens. Make sure to check the use by date as sometimes the supermarket only has them with a short use by date
