Baby rocket…so many uses and has a very nice mild peppery taste that elevates any salad, topper for other dishes and pairs with so many other fruits and vegetables so well. I use this in so many dishes including my famous loaded smoked salmon eggs Benny…mmm…might be breakfast tomorrow.
