Fresh, crisp and delightfully peppery — it adds a nice bite to salads without overpowering. The leaves are tender and already pre-washed, which is handy for quick meals. Nutritionally, it’s light but wholesome (about 92 kJ per 100 g) . My only gripe: because it’s delicate, a few leaves tend to go limp faster than sturdier greens, so use it soon after opening.
