Nice fresh crunch and the dressing is creamy without being too heavy. The mix of cabbage and carrot is well balanced and always tastes fresh straight from the bag. Makes a perfect side for barbecues or wraps. Dressing pouch is easy to use and coats everything evenly.

10/10 for making fish tacos. Just add the sauce packet, a bit of lemon juice and garlic powder and it gets even better a couple days later for leftovers
