This Woolworths diced pumpkin and sweet potato was very handy for a quick cook up as it comes pre peeled and cut ready to go. I was in the supermarket thinking to buy either pumpkin or sweet potato to mash and found this pack which contained both, however chose to roast it in the end. Roasting them however was tricky as they didn’t become very soft, however with some added seasoning and reheated the next day they was good. I find these vegetables don’t have much flavour and don’t always enjoy eating them but they are good for you and I recommend Woolworths for having this handy pack available. I rate this one 4 stars!

15min air fryer, 35 minutes oven,6 minutes microwave, 8 minutes stove top .. the choice is yours. Cleaned, peeled and chopped. 5 out of 5 stars health rating and equivalent to 6 serves of veg. Made 100%Australian ingredients and this combo rocks. This is brilliant and delicious.
