I tried the chicken stir fry from Woolies and it was actually pretty good for something so quick. The chicken pieces were tender and not dry, and the veggies still had a bit of crunch to them, which I liked. The sauce has a nice balance of sweet and savoury – not too heavy, so it doesn’t drown everything. It’s really handy when you don’t have much time; just toss it in the pan and dinner’s ready in under 10 minutes. Portion size is decent for two people with some rice or noodles. Perfect for an easy midweek meal without too much effort.
