This is a creamy baked cheesecake, very thin layer of biscuit on the bottom but my only criticism would be its a little bland, very dense but very delicious but just might need some fruit like strawberries or raspberries to jazz it up a bit, does come in a sealed top to keep it fresh if you don’t eat it in one sitting
