Using these Macro frozen blueberries gives you the convenience of when blueberries are out of season & you don't have to worry about fresh going bad if you don't use them quick enough etc. The only issue I've experienced is when a Woolworths store is out of stock when I really want them. I use in my daily smoothies & on top of porridge
